About Ivy Malati

For Southern California native Ivy Malati, helping people is in her heart but real estate is in her blood. Her family was heavily involved with real estate transactions, buying and selling properties ranging from single and multi-family homes to apartment buildings and commercial properties. As a child, she’d often accompany her father to prospective properties, seeing the pure potential of each new structure with wide-eyed wonder. She remembers that feeling well today as she makes dreams come true for buyers and sellers alike in neighborhoods including Granada Hills, Northridge, Sylmar, Van Nuys, Reseda, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Santa Clarita, North Hollywood, Woodland Hills, and Simi Valley.

When Ivy isn’t easing people’s real estate experiences  she loves to get away with her husband and family with vacations to New York and Florida or quick trips to Palm Springs, San Diego, and Las Vegas where she enjoys sampling exotic cuisine. With what little downtime she has at home, you’ll find her cuddling any dog or cat she can find, working out, or enjoying nature walks and mountain hikes.
